Couples Therapy.

Lavender Psychology offers couples therapy for partners of all identities seeking support with communication, connection, and relationship challenges. Therapy is collaborative and respectful of each person’s experience, with a focus on safety, clarity, and meaningful change. Our approach is inclusive, trauma‑informed, and affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent couples.

When Couples Come to Therapy.

  • Recurring conflict or communication breakdowns

  • Feeling distant, disconnected, or stuck in the same patterns

  • Difficulty rebuilding trust after ruptures

  • Navigating neurodivergence, identity, or major life transitions

  • Wanting to strengthen their relationship before issues escalate

How Dan Works with Couples.

Therapy is collaborative and paced carefully. Dan works to ensure both partners feel heard and supported, while gently identifying patterns that may be keeping the relationship stuck. The focus is on emotional safety, understanding, and developing new ways of relating over time.

Dan works with couples across all identities, relationship structures, and neurotypes, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent couples.
